The entire range of HST models with hydrostatic transmission
All diesel and gas models up to 3.5 tonnes are now available with Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) so we can offer you a choice of transmission – whether you want HST or, alternatively, Dynamic (TC) transmission. This means that all Toyota customers can choose the right forklift for themselves, one that fully meets the needs of their daily operations. Turning with a sense of load on Tonero forklifts
All models in the Tonero fleet, whether diesel or gas, with dynamic or hydrostatic transmission, are now available with LSPS (Load Sensing Power Steering).
Not only does the driver now have a more comfortable and intuitive steering feel, but the forklift will maintain consistent responses regardless of the weight of the load it is handling. This technology also brings significant savings on fuel, between 7 and 14%, depending on the model. In this way, the cost of ownership of these top-of-the-line machines is further reduced.
Efficient (lean) engines
In accordance with Toyota’s Kaizen philosophy of constant progress and the idea of lean technology, which means maximum utilization of power while maintaining an absolute minimum level of energy loss and superior environmental friendliness, Toyota now offers you efficient, lean engines for both gas and diesel forklifts.
The 1ZS powerful diesel engine has top efficiency, but also manages to remain extremely powerful and responsive, while the 1DZIII diesel engine has gone through additional development and is now even more cost-effective.
Also, the 1ZS engine complies with the stage 3B standard for gas emissions, thus guaranteeing low CO2 emissions. The technology used in this engine has another advantage as independent fuel tests have shown that it is less sensitive to driving with heavy loads, but still provides high power at all speeds.
Furthermore, 1ZS improves handling because, not only can this engine be used for all weights and applications, but it also produces low vibration and extremely low noise.
